About Our Classes

BODY FIT
Functional Strength • Mobility • Core Stability • Low Impact
Body Fit is a full-body functional training class designed to help you move better, get stronger, and build confidence in what your body can do.
Each session blends core training, mobility work, and balance challenges, using dumbbells, resistance bands, straps, balls, and bodyweight movement.
All levels of fitness are welcome to attend all classes. However, the 8:30am Mon/Wed classes are considered more of an intermediate fitness challenge.
STRENGTH & STAMINA
Cardio • Mobility • Strength • Functional Movement • Stamina
This class is designed to bridge the gap between our strength training and cardiovascular endurance. Exercises will focus on training the major muscles needed for physical activity throughout the day whether it be Pickleball, Golf, Gardening or just Cleaning House.
Endurance exercises will help us to tire less often and enjoy our activities more. Do the work in class, be led by your coach, and enjoy the support of fellow class members.
