BODY FIT

 

Functional Strength • Mobility • Core Stability • Low Impact

 

Body Fit is a full-body functional training class designed to help you move better, get stronger, and build confidence in what your body can do. 

 

Each session blends core training, mobility work, and balance challenges, using dumbbells, resistance bands, straps, balls, and bodyweight movement.

 

All levels of fitness are welcome to attend all classes. However, the 8:30am Mon/Wed/Sat classes are considered more of an intermediate fitness challenge.
