Service Description

This class is designed to bridge the gap between our strength training and cardiovascular endurance. Exercises will focus on training the major muscles needed for physical activity throughout the day whether it be Pickleball, Golf, Gardening or just cleaning house. Endurance exercises will help us to tire less often and enjoy our activities more. Do the work in class, be led by your coach, and enjoy the support of fellow class members.
