Sound Bath special event: The next Sound Bath Therapy: Date TBD - Due to holidays will likely be in January. Sound Baths relax us physically and mentally. As we listen to the percussion instrument's vibration, our muscles relax and our breathing deepens. Relaxation hormones in our body are released for a wonderful, restorative experience. Come join Hellen Elena Baridon as she leads us to feeling calmer and less stressed.
