Sound Bath special event: Sound Baths relax us physically and mentally. As we listen to the percussion instrument's vibration, our muscles relax and our breathing deepens. Relaxation hormones in our body are released for a wonderful, restorative experience. Come join Hellen Elena Baridon as she leads us to feeling calmer and less stressed.
