Back by popular demand - this month's special event: Sound Bath Session: Thursday May 22nd from 6:45pm-8:00 pm. Sound Baths relax us physically and mentally. As we listen to the percussion instrument's vibration, our muscles relax and our breathing deepens. Relaxation hormones in our body are released for a wonderful, restorative experience.
