Service Description
Kickstart your journey towards longer and leaner muscles, a stronger core and better posture with this class format. Pilates is low impact exercises which are performed lying on an exercise mat as well as standing upright. Beginners use their own body weight to perform exercises and then add bands, balls and low weight dumbbells overtime for added resistance. Appropriate versions of each exercise will be demonstrated for all fitness levels. All this is done to upbeat and motivating music. All equipment is provided, however feel free to bring your own if preferred.
